- We have a variable delivery charge matrix based on the products you order, their weight and where you are located.
- If you are only after a small widget or small spare part for your awning, and it will go in an envelope, then we charge you accordingly.
- If you need a 4.5 meter awning with privacy room and a couple of levelling blocks, that's fine too, we charge you accordingly.
- We deliver to most locations including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Ireland, The Channel Islands, The Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight.
- Delivery calculations are based on weight and dimensions, so some small items that are light but long might be charged more than a small compact item.
- Some items, such as the less common spare parts are delivered directly from the manufacturers own warehouse and may be subject to an additional handling charge. This charge is included in the delivery charge you see before check-out.
- You will see delivery charges at various times including before checkout.
- You may also have a choice of delivery options, depending on your basket, you can simply select the most appropriate one.
- We usually try to deliver within 4 working days but delivery may take up to seven working days and longer for oversees destinations.
- If an item is out of stock and delivery is going to be delayed, we wil get in touch to confirm arrangements.
- Delivery is free to the UK Mainland and certain other destinations for orders over £1000.00
